I have been in love with manatees since I can remember myself. This fully aquatic mass of awesomeness is the cutest and squishiest animal of the seven seas that can turn my frown upside down any day of the week.
Do you like my curves, bro?
These magnificent giants are also called sea cows due to the similarities in terms of size and behavior with their non-aquatic long distance cousin. They eat sea grass the whole day and I am sure that they are mooing in a similar way under the water. For me, however, it was love in first sight when I saw them swimming.
What does this have to do with the 10 inch question? Well, I always wanted to domesticate a manatee but the logistical implications are enormous. A manatee is 450kgs heavy and up to 15 ft. (4,2m) long so it will be impossible to create an environment that can accommodate this guy.
So, yes, my answer is a 10 inch fully grown manatee. I will name it Lary and we will stay forever together.
Cuteness in a bottle and awesomeness in a scale that I can enjoy it. For a manatee of such size I will barely need a fish tank half the size of my living room and I will manage to staff its face with sea grass without leasing a separate warehouse just for its food. This is good enough for me.
Lary and Thanos, best pals on earth!
