If you could relive an important moment of your life would you do anything differently?
Well if you are also human then you probably nodded your head on that question. I get that. That is actually pretty understanble. We want our special moments to be sprinkled with some extra magic dust, or to have fireworks and balloons or even to have yourself saving princess from evil Bowser.
However, the most important dimension of most “special moments” is that they did not have anything particularly special. The narrative behind makes them unique and life defining and not the actual events.
The thought process. The emotional state. The timing. The worldview that you had.
So, what I trying to say to ya folks is to stop trying to construct perfect special moments and to try to live them more. In the end only the emotions and the narrative matter.
